||In any country, banking system acts as a financial mediator between depositors and demanders of facilities. By utilizing its recourses and people’s deposits, banking system gives facilities or open letters of credit. In Iran also, due to the undeveloped capital market, banking network and credit institutions play an important role in the economy of the country. In order to attract and absorb savings and utilize them to finance the mid and long term economic programs, projects and plans must be profitable. Therefore, in granting facilities, credit institutions must observe depositors’ concern and interests.
In the present dissertation, it has been tried to study the relationship between the facility demanders’ credit information and the balance of the outstanding loans of the bank. Through this process, a solution, although minor, for the optimum bank financial resource allocation is presented.
